Karate Birthday Parties!
Front Range Kenpo Karate is pleased to offer Karate Birthday Parties!
Our Karate Birthday Parties are available to both students of our school, as
well as those who may be interested but are not enrolled at Front Range Kenpo
Karate. These are a great opportunity to introduce your child and
up to 10 of his or her friends, to the positive benefits of the Martial Arts by
introducing basic physical, mental and character development skills.
Each of these elements are also taught throughout the course of our kids karate
classes, and our Karate Birthday Parties make a great introduction into our
classes!
We have several plans from which you may choose, and can easily tailor
the party to any specific needs that you may have.

We have several Karate Birthday Party programs to choose from.
Our parties run one hour and each activity is approximately 30 minutes in
duration. That leaves 30 minutes for
presents, pizza, cake or any other arrangements that you may choose to make.
The details of each activity program are below.
Self Defense Focus—In this
program, we focus on simple, easy to remember and reliable self-defense
techniques. We cover topics such as
anti-bully techniques, anti-abduction and various other self-defense scenarios.
Board Breaking and Mental Attitude
Focus—In this program we introduce each child to the power of his own
mind. We establish the benefits of a
PURE POSITIVE attitude, and how that positive nature can empower us to
accomplish anything, including realizing our dreams and achieving beyond one’s
goals. And yes, everyone will have
the opportunity to break a board in this program!
Martial Arts Obstacle
Course Focus—In this program, we focus on the more physical nature of
the martial arts. We start off by
learning some of the basics of the martial arts, including blocks, kicks and
punches. We then cover some general
fitness components, such as shoulder rolls and jumps.
Finally, we put all of this together in a “Martial Arts Obstacle Course”.
We have several different obstacle course layouts, and everyone has a
great time running through these courses!
General Martial Arts—In
this program, we cover a little bit of each of the above programs.
We cover some martial arts basics, general fitness components, talk about
the power of positive thinking, and apply all of those skills in several
self-defense scenario’s. We finish
the session off by running a portion of the “Martial Arts Obstacle Course” to
get everybody fired up and excited about martial arts.
